Smart Comfort Apartments Batu Jimbar

The apartment was as advertised, good value, and we enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were lovely and accommodating, cleaned the room, and changed the towels daily. I’d recommend it and come back, especially at the early bird rate on their website. The WiFi was poor and unstable, so it didn’t feel very “smart.” There should be a router in each unit, but it didn’t seem there was. One night the power in our room went off and it got too hot, though the rest of the place still had electricity. I called, and they fixed it within an hour. The pool filters run on a timer, but the pool can’t be used when the filter is off.

I loved this cosy one-bedroom with its own pool. The layout suited me well, and it was both comfortable and convenient. Staff were around and very helpful the whole time. WiFi worked reliably, and Netflix was a nice extra. I’d love to stay here again, highly recommend it.

The private pool was clean and lovely, and the filter runs on a timer so you don’t hear it all night. The room and facilities are great, though that depends on your taste, as we’re simple people. Staff are super friendly. The location is very quiet, even with much of the street to the left of the complex under construction. To the right there are plenty of laundry places and warungs. I’d suggest Cork Around the Crn for breakfast, cheap and tasty. When we arrived, the young lad who showed us the room and facilities explained they were full and one of the two AC units was broken. He said they were trying to get it fixed. Someone came an hour later but couldn’t fix it, then they came again within 24 hours of our arrival. Whether or not it got fixed, we really appreciated the staff’s effort to sort it out. I could be picky and say it needs a fresh coat of paint, but I bet everyone’s home does too. Five stars, and we’ll return if we stay in Sanur again.

The apartment is in a good spot, with a lovely pool and a very comfortable lounge and bed. There’s WiFi and Netflix. This is a group of apartments, not a hotel, so there’s no restaurant, but that wasn’t an issue for us. There are fantastic warungs close by, and a kitchen if you want to cook. Staff keep an eye on the premises around the clock and are always helpful. They arranged our airport transfer and did our laundry when we asked. We’ll be back 😀
