I rented a standard room for a month but left after 20 days. It felt overpriced. I liked the furniture and color palette, and the place was disability friendly. Security was good, with a guard around the clock and an access card for each floor. The smart TV had Netflix, though no account was provided, and Grand Lucky was a six-minute walk for groceries. The price was 3.5 million rupiah a month for a standard room, and I was told it would go up by 500,000 in 2024. A room with a view cost 200,000 extra. Water and Wi-Fi were included, but car parking, electricity, a pillow and a blanket were not, so bring your own pillow and blanket. I paid 200,000 for electricity over 20 days. A curtain was the only divider between the bed and shower, so there was water splashing around and humidity after a shower. The showerhead holder was too low. I'm 5'4" and had to crouch to wash. It took 20 minutes for the hot water to come through after switching on the heater. Once a week they ran the generator, which was really loud. At that time, don't leave clothes on the balcony or they'll smell like smoke.

I've been here almost two months. The room is kept clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's centrally located, close to a supermarket and hospital. Everything's been okay.
