I visit Bali twice a year and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The toilet wasn’t working properly when we arrived, but they only fixed it on day eight of our nine-day holiday. They suggested I was using too much paper, even though the toilet had been bad from the start. I asked for a partial refund, but they offered a free airport taxi and a meal instead, worth about $30. We paid $2100 for the villa, so that didn’t come close to making up for the problems. The toaster needed four rounds on high just to brown anything, the microwave didn’t work, and there were the toilet issues too. Don’t stay here.

Right in the heart of Sanur, this place was great. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, and it all felt perfect.

A lovely villa for a family, tucked away but just a five-minute walk from the main stree, where there are restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
