The Garuda Homestay Sanur

The staff were really nice and helpful, and they can order food from a local restaurant at a good price. Our big Balinese-style room was very clean, with a huge comfortable bed, and they cleaned it every day and brought fresh towels. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport and a seven-minute motorbike ride to the beach. Good value, and we’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

It’s a lovely, new, clean, and quiet place, and perfect for its price range. The one drawback is the long walk, so you really need a scooter or taxis.

The beds were good, and the staff were kind and helpful, but there was no hot water and no breakfast. When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet, and the sink hadn't been cleaned and wouldn't drain. There was morning noise from roosters, and the blanket had no linen. We stayed one night, so now you know what to expect.

The staff were kind and considerate throughout my two stays at Garuda while I was working in Sanur. A special thank you to Andre, who really made me feel looked after. When I contacted the team on WhatsApp, they always replied quickly, which I appreciated. The location worked perfectly for me, with a supermarket, good cafes, and warungs nearby. I loved the little gangs and taking my small dog Coco for a walk around the homestay each morning. For an inexpensive stay and a convenient base, Garuda does the job. Thanks to Andre and the team, I really appreciate it.
