Someone else has booked the villa through the online app for a full year, yet the room still shows as available. My calls haven’t been answered or returned, and the app rejected my refund request.

The owner, Mr. Niko, isn’t taking responsibility. A debt for materials has been pursued through a phone number that hasn’t been active for months.
