I wasn't happy with my stay. The room and building need maintenance, the bathroom floor was slippery, and the air conditioning never got cold enough. At check-in, the sink water looked yellow and the heater was leaking. There was no reception, and the night staff didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. Breakfast wasn't ready on time, so guests were made to get breakfast elsewhere. The staff weren't friendly, and the place didn't provide the level of hospitality I'd expect from a hotel. For the price, the service could at least have been better. Paying 50% more somewhere else might give a better experience, though if you just need a low-budget place to sleep, this may be fine. I had higher expectations and feel the hotel should make more effort for its guests. Sorry to say it.

The garden and pool were nicer than I expected, and the rooms were simple and mostly clean. I was only there for a few hours while waiting for my flight, but for the price I was pleasantly surprised. You can't expect too much at that rate.

It's a quiet place, with mini marts and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room came with a smart TV, a one-door fridge, and a kitchen sink. The bathroom was roomy enough, and the shower head could be adjusted. The establishment was nice and clean.

The rooms were well kept, and the aircon worked well. It's a peaceful place with a lovely garden. We couldn't try breakfast since we had to catch an early bus, but the hotel is close to the M Trans main terminal.

If you're bald, this place could be a good fit. The room's power tripped three times while I was using a hair dryer, and when we asked the front desk for toilet paper, they said the order was on its way. Luckily, there was a convenience store on the corner, so I bought three packs for emergencies.
