Airy Beji Margonda Raya 88 Depok

The room was decent for what it cost, and the location worked well. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist and security guard helping with check-in were excellent. The next morning was a different experience: four staff members in the lobby ignored my smile, and a security guard looked unfriendly. Maybe I looked like a criminal. I work in hotels, so this is meant as a fair comment about Airy Rooms. There was no phone in my room on the 10th floor, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed something, and the towel looked terrible. Please train staff in customer service and provide room phones. You don't need a five-star property to give guests five-star service. Best of luck to Airy Roooms.
