The green surroundings and atmosphere are wonderful, and the landscape is beautiful. The location is convenient too, just turn left after leaving Toll Cimanggis. Transport, access, and facilities are all good, and the staff are helpful and professional. Seems like a very good place to live or invest.

If you drive, getting around is fine, but public transport doesn't offer many options. As a place to live, this residential area seems okay. For an investment, though, I don't think it works, and you could lose money. It has promise, but promise is the key word.

I love the view, especially when fog rolls in. This is a new apartment with easy highway access to Jakarta. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but online food delivery is easy to get, and daily groceries are manageable with several shops around, including one open 24 hours.

A good apartment option, about 200 meters from Jagorawi exit KM 19. It's also set to connect with an LRT Station.

I came back after more than a year, and I think the place looks tidier and better now. The vision seems good, but we'll have to see how the first tower is once it's ready in a few months.
