I booked through the booking.com app and arranged to arrive around 4-5 in the morning, but when I got there the security guard wouldn’t let me take the room. I was told the money paid through the app would be returned in 7-12 days. It’s been more than 12 days and I still haven’t received it, so I ended up paying twice. The security service was bad. If you can’t handle app bookings, please don’t offer them and leave other people deceived.

I booked unit #1008 in the Kintamani tower at Cinere Resort through Tiket.com, but what the app showed was completely different from what I found. I canceled right away, even though I’d already made the booking, because I couldn’t bear to sleep there. The sheets and pillows were extremely dirty, the curtains were torn, and the sink was dirty too.
