Hotel O Homestay 22 Syariah

I've already paid through Traveloka, but couldn't book the room. The hotel won't take responsibility. Please return my money.

I paid in the app, then they asked me to pay again when I checked in. Seems like a scam. Please refund me.

After I'd paid in full, the hotel told me they no longer worked with OYO. They were full when I arrived, though on the phone they'd said there was still a room. I had to go to another hotel. Then OYO told me the payment couldn't be refunded. Both OYO and the hotel are a scam. Sorry isn't enough, give me my money back!

I was really upset by how this booking went. I'd paid Traveloka for five nights and expected to check in when I arrived, but the homestay owner said they no longer worked with Traveloka and offered no solution. I had to pay cash on the spot to get a room, then ask Traveloka for a refund, which came with a hefty charge. I was lucky to request it before check-in time, before 2 p.m. If it had already gone past 2, I could have lost all the money I'd paid for those five nights. Even after waiting a week for an update, the refund still hadn't reached my account. If the owners no longer work with OYO and Traveloka, they should ask both agencies to remove the accommodation. I'm very disappointed.
