The Deluxe room I stayed in, the lowest category, was already spacious, and the higher room types must be even larger. For a place the size of Tulungagung, it's striking to have a hotel this extensive, with a huge parking area and a really big swimming pool. It makes me curious whether the upkeep costs match the occupancy rate. Staff were friendly and the room had complete facilities. There are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel for lunch or dinner, and the prayer room is in a separate building. The in-room smart TVs show a promotional video mentioning that Mr. Jokowi (President of Indonesia) stayed here in 2019. Thank you, Tulungagung, and thank you, Crown Victoria.

The hotel sits in a shopping area and isn't directly visible from the main road. I was here for a wedding, and the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the outdoor parking area had lots of space. I agree with the other positive reviews.

I went to a friend's wedding here. The ballroom is good and easy to reach from the front lobby.

We came back for a second visit and still love this hotel. The water park, sauna, hot and cold jacuzzi plunge, and gym are special features that keep bringing us back. The rooms are spacious and impressive, with plenty of parking too. It's right in the city center, near the train station, great restaurants, and other places to eat. Recommended if you're visiting Tulungagung.

The pools are 10/10, like having a water park inside the hotel. The service was wonderful too. We accidentally left a jacket in the wardrobe, and the staff kindly shipped it to us without asking for anything. We offered to pay, but they refused. Thankfully, it arrived before our flight back home to the US. Thanks again for being so kind. Friendly staff and great service. I'd definitely recommend spending a night or two here!
