De La Charis Hotel

The room was DIRTY: there were stains on the sheets and hair on the floor. At least the sheets could be changed, but the staff gave us looks and were impolite and scary-looking. The building looked old and horror-like from the front, with very little lighting, which made a bad first impression. The worst hotel I've stayed in.

I lasted only 2-3 hours before deciding to move to another hotel. There was no tissue or amenities, the bathroom was dirty, and I found hairs inside the bed cover. The large parking area was messy, and the parking attendant wasn't friendly. At 390k, this was really not worth the price. An awful stay. I ended up here because Front One was full.

We stayed for 1 night on 29th January at Rp275.000,00/ night and had a room with two beds. The bed sheets were dirty and needed changing, and one bed had a broken leg that left it tilted. There was no hot water in the shower despite it being promised, and no soap or shampoo had been put out. There were no plugs beside the beds, and the AC made loud noises. The cleaning guy was impolite and seemed unwilling to do the job. Very few upsides to all of this. Wouldn't recommend it.

The food was surprisingly tasty for a local hotel, and the service was good. You get what you pay for. I'd recommend it for a short stay.
