The staff were friendly and helpful, and being in the city center with a mall within walking distance was really convenient. I was disappointed to find the bathtub water looked yellow. I’d choose the Suite Deluxe over the Junior Suite: the Junior Suite looks onto an abandoned building and sits very close to a wall. The Suite Deluxe was more comfortable, though it wasn’t soundproof either. Parking isn’t free, so check the charges when you arrive. We got confused about the parking fees twice. The location and staff are good points, but the facilities and clarity around information could be better.

The room was comfortable and well cared for, the food was excellent, and the hotel’s location made getting around convenient. The front office team handled check-in efficiently and helpfully. We also appreciated the security team’s quick, attentive help when we faced a medical situation. Mr. Iki (Front Office) deserves special thanks for his professionalism and support. Mr. Rendy (Security) also responded quickly and showed empathy and care for guest safety. Their service reflected the hotel’s hospitality well. We’re grateful to the whole team and hope to stay here again.

The warm swimming pool was lovely in Garut’s cool air, and we all enjoyed the breakfast, especially the nasi liwet and nasi uduk. Big thanks to the chefs and crew who prepared it. The hotel is right next to a shopping center, where we got to see a movie. Valet parking was very helpful, the rooms and amenities were well maintained, and the facilities were in good shape. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. I really appreciate everyone at the hotel, and my kids were happy here too. We’ll definitely stay again on a future Garut holiday. Keep it nice and work toward making it the best Mercure hotel.

Mbak Rahma at the front office of Mercure Garut City Center made check-in so easy. She explained everything clearly, with no fuss, and was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The service felt professional but still warm and welcoming. I’d absolutely come back after such a lovely front office experience.

Our kids wanted to stay in the warm infinity pool every day. The room was very clean, with a distinctive interior design, and the hotel is in a great spot in central Garut. We had a lovely stay.
