The food was delicious, almost like what you'd get at a star hotel, and that's what I loved about being here. I think the place still has work to do to get back to its former shape after COVID-19, especially in the restrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, and other areas. Even so, it's still a cozy venue for seminars, family gatherings in the Aula, weddings, and similar events. Keep up the hard work, owner and team. :)

The outdoor space is fairly large, with a big fish pond and natural, fresh scenery as part of the lodging's concept. Service was nice, and whenever we complained, they responded quickly. The room, though, was well below what we expected from the bright, attractive photos online. Ours was dim, with torn wallpaper and cigarette burns on it. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, there were no toiletries, and one room had no trash bin or outlet for charging a phone. We asked for an extension outlet, and they brought one. In one room the AC control didn't work, so we had to plug and unplug it to switch the unit on and off. It got so cold at night that we had to unplug it, since we couldn't adjust the temperature. They didn't provide meals, which was because they offered a cheap price. This was our experience during the COVID-19 outbreak, and things might be different under normal conditions.
The room itself needs attention: it wasn't very clean, the AC remote had no batteries, and the wallpaper was torn. Staff were good, though. When I reported an issue, someone came right away to sort it out.
The price felt fair, and we had a good time, but the place needs work on both facilities and hospitality. Some construction areas were reachable by children and had no signs or barriers, which felt unsafe. There were few employees, and they didn't seem trained or ready to deal with guests. We booked two deluxe twin rooms and one standard. The rooms weren't consistent: one was very large, with two large beds, a sofa, a big wardrobe and a small fridge, but just one AC. Though it could fit 4-10 people, it had only one towel and one bathroom kit. The other rooms were nice too, but had no sofa, and the bathroom smelled really bad. This could be a good hotel or villa if those things improve.
The venue is well suited to birthdays, weddings, engagements, or other gatherings. I came for the International Pipe Smoking Day event's and liked the place. Just be aware it's quite far from the main road, with only one sign at the main gate. Follow your GPS or ask someone nearby so you don't get lost.
