Good value for budget surfers, with an excellent location and very cheap prices. The host is great, and the place is cleanish. The cold shower has very low pressure, the toilet sits on a ledge, and the tired AC never gets properly cold. The mosque is very loud.

Hans welcomed us with a smile even though we arrived late on our first night. He's a kind Indonesian guy and took us from the hostel to the peak so we could surf at sunrise. I'd recommend that experience if you're after a friendly, familiar atmosphere, good surf, and a relaxed time.

If you're here to surf, this is a great base, since Hans has a speedboat to get you to the peaks. He was so helpful, and the bedroom was big with a really comfy mattress. Thanks for all your help, Hans. I'd recommend the place 100%!

Hans Yoga Homestay has everything, with easy access to the surf spots and an epic view. It's a cosy, nice place to stay, and the owner is a cool, kind guy. True legend!

The shower water came out brown and smelled like sewage, and the place was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, the door was broken, and the host was quite rude. I can't recommend staying here.
