Inlight Lombok

The owner is friendly, and the large resort looks impressive, but it's isolated and difficult to reach, especially at night when the road is dark and in poor shape. It's far from restaurants, so you're left relying on the resort's restaurant. The food was disappointing and overpriced. My nasi goreng was cold and tasted only of sweet soy sauce, the worst I've had. The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled and was dirty, especially the faucet. There was no water from the washbasin. The resort has a private beach, though watch out for the many wild monkeys that can suddenly show up and grab things. It's suited to people who plan to stay on site. I hope management improves the lighting, road, and bathrooms.

The staff at Insight Lombok were so kind and polite, and went out of their way to help. My partner wanted to catch the sunrise surf, so we asked for breakfast at 4:30 AM and they happily arranged it. We also got a complimentary 10-minute massage, a lovely and relaxing surprise. We had a wonderful stay, with a stunning view right onto the beach. Being on the beachfront made it special. I'd highly recommend Insight Lombok for a peaceful seaside getaway with great service.

We spent 5 days at Inlight and had an easy, enjoyable stay. The staff made booking activities and scooters simple, and the food was great. Special thanks to Hoda and the rest of the wait staff for making us feel like locals, and for making some killer coffee.

The owners are attentive and go out of their way to take care of whatever you need. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and well kept. It's set in a peaceful bay with beautiful views, making it a great place to unwind. Highly recommended.
