Dicki, his wife, and his mom were such welcoming hosts at this family-run resort. They paid great attention to the details, accommodated us, and made us feel at home. Thank you, we'll visit again from 🇨🇦.

A traumatic experience. While I was showering, a staff member spied on me over the bathroom wall. I felt completely unsafe and had to change hotels at 11 p.m. Avoid this place.

We loved how welcoming the owners at Ings Garden were, and the beach is really close. Renting bikes there made it fun to get around the island. We also took a private snorkeling trip with them, which I can definitely recommend. Already missing Gili Air and its laid-back vibe. Thanks for everything! 🙏🏼

Girls, be careful here. We caught the receptionist watching my girlfriend while she showered, looking over the wall. Don't book this hotel.

The grounds were well kept, the rooms clean and fresh, and the staff friendly. The owners were responsive and hospitable, and I really appreciated how customer-focused they were. My daughter loved the affectionate cats around the property and enjoyed their attention every day. If I return to Gili Air, I'll stay here again and recommend it to friends.
