Unzipp Bungalows Gili Air

The sea and boats made a lovely view from the comfortable, relaxed restaurant. The barbecue was delicious, with a wide range of seafood including fish, lobster, and prawns, and the bar had plenty of different drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was beautiful, the bathroom very clean, and the grounds were well kept.

We spent nearly a month here, and the bungalow stayed lovely, clean, and comfortable the whole time. The staff were always welcoming, especially Adi, whose good mood was contagious. Breakfast is ordered from a menu rather than served as a buffet. Everything we tried was tasty, particularly the omelette and banana pancake. WiFi in the bungalow was stable and strong enough for video calls, which was useful for working remotely.

The attached restaurant was a real highlight, with very good food and a lovely sea view. Our room was spacious and had a well appointed outdoor bathroom. The modern air-con worked without any problems, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I’d highly recommend it.

The bungalows were clean and comfortable, and there’s a quiet pool at the back when you want a break from the beach. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast each day, the fish BBQ, and the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour. I also had a woodfired pizza on the first night, which was great, and loved the outdoor shower. The location was amazing for getting around Gili air. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was the cutest. We had a great three-night stay and I’ll book here again when I’m back in Gili Air.
