I extended my stay by five more days because Bagaz felt like home. It’s a quiet area where I slept really well, yet the beach and shops are just a two-minute walk away. The private bungalows are spacious and very clean, with renovated bathrooms. The garden and pool are carefully maintained, and there’s drinking water from a dispenser. I looked at eight other hotels and changed hotels twice before finding this one within my budget. The owner and all the staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The owner also owns Gili Exotic Villas, a tropical heaven with a really tasteful design. I’m already thinking about coming back soon. Thank you all 🙏💕

The staff were so helpful every time I asked for something, and they were always friendly. I loved staying at Bagaz Cottage. The room was tidy, spotless, and cozy, and stepping out of the alley put us right in the middle of everything. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Gili Trawangan!

The pool was a highlight, always lovely and very clean. The property is spotless and well cared for, and the staff are friendly and attentive to what guests need. I recommend staying here!

It’s a quiet, comfortable place close to the port, about a four-minute walk away, with a pool in the middle. The AC and TV worked fine, but the toilet water got stuck and wouldn’t come out, and the hot water wasn’t working properly. The shower water also stopped, though after I reported it to the staff, it quickly worked again with hot water.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, and breakfast was available to order to the room. Each bungalow has a little seating terrace, and the place is peaceful, with a small pool. Our room was spacious, with an ensuite shower, TV, and AC. As in most places in gile, morning prayers are called at 0500 every day. We’d stay here again.
