The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Indonesia. There were plenty of à la carte choices, and the scrambled eggs were especially good. We also went to the Mexican BBQ with the fire show, margarita, prawns, nachos and desserts. It was well worth it. We had a swim-up room with an outdoor bathroom, which gave showering outside a real holiday feel. Everything was very clean, and the towels were soft and white. There was plenty of free water, plus a fridge in the room. The resort sits on the island's sunset side, so we watched beautiful sunsets from the pool with cocktails. The all-day 1+1 offer covered a wide selection for 150k. It was also far from the mosque, which starts at 4 am and is very loud and frequent around the harbour. The service was outstanding. All the staff made us feel at home, addressed us by name and took care that everything went smoothly. This was our second Pramana experience resort, and both stood out for service and food quality. We'd passed many places on the island, but Kardia always looked the nicest. One of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. It really felt like being treated like royalty.

We had a great time here, and the views from the pool and our room were awesome. We'd booked ahead and asked for a room with the best view, and it was worth it. Laili and Dea were incredibly sweet. They looked after us, treated us like family and won us over with their kindness. The rooms have a fun, whimsical feel, and the open bathroom was a lovely extra. A few things could use attention: the sink didn't drain the soap foam very well, the flush could be better, and the brass knobs could be cleaner. Still, it's a splendid resort.

The food was fresh and very good, and I'd recommend trying the hotel massages. They cost a bit more than the ones outside, but the quality is on another level and felt worth it. The hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable throughout, from the room to the pool and shared spaces. They clean the room twice a day and top up the filtered water each time, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredible, always smiling, respectful and caring. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. For me, the whole stay felt like a 4 to 5-star experience. Highly recommended.

Our room got upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We spent four nights here, just right for unwinding, and I'd rate it 10/10. It's on the quieter sunset side, across from the harbour. Getting around the island by bicycle or e-bike was easy. The resort itself is spacious, with a lovely garden, nice rooms, comfortable beds and outdoor showers. Breakfast was great too. The warm welcome and hospitality from the staff made our stay really pleasant.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and cocktails, and the pool area was lovely. The resort's away from the noise, so it feels peaceful and relaxing while still being accessible to everything. We were also given a room upgrade, which made the stay extra special. The staff were always smiling, greeted us warmly and were ready to help. They went out of their way for my wife's birthday, decorating the room and arranging a cake. It was such a thoughtful touch. We had a memorable stay at Kardia Resort Gili Trawangan and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan.
