Do not stay at this property. We were there from 21st to 25th December, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The AC in the room we got at check-in didn't work. We complained repeatedly, but nothing was fixed for two full days. They then moved us to a room that smelled very bad, and the washroom had a strong urine smell. The most serious problem was that 2 MILLION IDR was stolen from the safety box in our room. We told the staff right away. The police came about 20 minutes later and said we'd have to go to Lombok to file a case, which is completely impractical when you're staying on Gili. The manager tried to help, but there was no concrete outcome, accountability or resolution. The whole stay was stressful and extremely disappointing. Not worth the money or the risk. Stay elsewhere.

The rooms aren't well soundproofed, and there's no refrigerator. Construction during our stay made the mornings very noisy. We were given only two towels per day, and when we asked for more, they said the laundry wasn't finished yet and couldn't provide any. The staff were generally friendly, though, and bicycles were available to rent for 50k per day. The location is excellent, very close to the harbor, and it's easy to get to the hotel without needing a carriage.

The pool was a great way to cool off after the beach, and our room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible. It's also easy to walk to the port and the party from this great location.

We got a nice cold drink when we arrived, and the hotel staff showed us to our rooms. Both were clean and comfortable, and the shower had strong, hot water. The pool was clean and easy to get to, and the staff did a good job answering our questions. A real plus was that we couldn't hear the noise from the busy streets. If you're not traveling on a budget, I can recommend this hotel.

What nerve. We had to cancel our whole trip because of a medical problem. We told the hotel we couldn't come and needed to cancel, but they refused to accept the cancellation or refund our money. Be careful with them. If they won't help when you have a problem, what can you expect from them?
