Pondok Linda

The bed felt a little firm, but I still found it comfortable. We had a great stay: the air conditioning worked well, the room was spotless, and the little terrace was handy. Our host was easy to reach and helped us with everything. They even picked fresh papaya from their garden for us.

Breakfast was a choice of eggs, scrambled or omelette, with toast, or banana pancakes, plus tea or coffee. It was delicious, and the owner was lovely. We also arranged tours, rented a bike, and did our laundry there; it came back smelling amazing. Our large, clean room had AC, a soft bed, and strong Wi-Fi. The beachfront was under a five-minute walk away, and the pier about ten minutes away. For food, I’d recommend Manta Dive restaurant or the night market, and the reggae bar for drinks. We stayed three nights and had a great time.

The only thing to know is that there’s no hot water, though the shower felt wonderfully refreshing after a hot day at the beach. We had a great stay. The room was spacious and very clean, just as pictured, and the owner helped us a lot with getting to Koeta in Lombok afterward. Definitely recommend.

Jhony can suggest plenty of good places around the island and help arrange things. Our laundry was done the next day and smelled really good. The room was huge for what we paid, and the bed was big and comfortable, so it felt like great value. Breakfast with the room meant eggs or pancakes, with tea or coffee, and Jhony cooked it brilliantly. We stayed three nights and would happily come back.
