The staff made this stay memorable enough that I’m writing a review like this for the first time. They were incredibly kind, and even with my limited English they patiently explained things slowly and clearly. When we had a plumbing problem, they responded right away and kept us updated. We rented an e-scooter from the hotel after considering regular bikes. It was more convenient and cheaper than other rental shops. When the battery ran out, they readily swapped it for a charged one, and they let us use the scooter while we explored Gili extensively. The room was very clean, especially compared with our previous place near Padang Bai, and we slept comfortably and deeply. There’s no indoor pool, but the hotel is good value and the staff are friendly. We’d heard the nearby main club could be noisy, but we weren’t bothered much at all. The club closes at 1 AM, and as night owls that may have suited us. I don’t recall any major noise, and the location felt more like a plus than a drawback. I can’t compare with other places, but if the accommodation itself isn’t your main priority, this seems like a reasonable option. I’m grateful to the staff for helping make our trip so lovely.

The two staff members we met were so kind and really looked after us. They made breakfast for us and helped make the stay comfortable. It was quiet and relaxed, with strong showers, excellent air conditioning, and everything very clean. We’d highly recommend staying here.

The rooms and grounds were spotless, thanks to the friendly staff, and we had a great stay. You can rent bikes right at the property, which was handy. It’s also an easy walk to both the ferry port and the main strip. Music from the club on the street corner was very loud until quite early in the morning. We stayed Thursday and Friday, so I don’t know if it’s like that every night. I’d still happily stay again.

The staff were really helpful, and the room was simple but comfortable, with clean linen and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Breakfast was good too, especially the omelette and coffee. The location is ideal if you’re near the port, and you can rent brand-new bikes for 2 euro a day. Thanks!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean with nothing broken and no bugs. Furniture is a little dated, but the staff were super friendly and available whenever we needed something. It’s in a small alley, about 400m from the port and very close to the main bars. Breakfast is basic, though there’s a variety to choose from.
