Oasis Villas

The staff were incredibly kind and sociable, and we tried both the biggest and smallest rooms over our three days. Each was clean, spacious, and really nice, with a veranda that was perfect for relaxing. For a little extra, there’s a sauna, ice bath, and magnesium pool. Being away from the beachside resorts on the east keeps things quiet. At those resorts, you hear the mosque’s chanting four times day and night.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay twice, and would have stayed longer if our travel plans allowed. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a small private terrace overlooking the pool area. The owner and staff were so accommodating and made us feel at home. I hope we get to visit again 🙏

We were lucky to get a great low season price, and ended up extending our stay. The bungalows are beautifully decorated and very clean, with good wifi, hot water, and even a workspace in some rooms. Staff were kind and made everything easy, including bike hire, and the harbour is just a short walk away. The nearby mosque wasn't audible from our room. One of the best places we've stayed while travelling, and well worth it.

I came away hooked on the health spa at Oasis Villas, especially the sauna, magnesium pool, and ice bath. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke English, and could even arrange food delivery if I didn't feel like going out. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, with everything needed to feel cosy. The pool stayed lovely and clear, and the shower had fresh water, good pressure, and hot water. It's tucked behind the noisy beachfront, but restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. They also provide mountain bikes for going farther, or for lazy walkers like me.
