The White Key Luxury Villas

The pool area is beautiful, and the clean villas made it a nice place to relax during the day. Still, I might think twice about staying here again because of the service and surroundings. We ordered a floating breakfast the night before, but the fruit salad was missing. When I texted about it, I was first told there'd be an extra charge, even though it was included in our order. They eventually brought it without charging, but the mix-up could have been handled much better. At night, the street felt uncomfortable because it was so dark. Early mornings were noisy too, and chickens woke us up, making it hard to rest.

We spent a week here and enjoyed every day. The staff and service were the strongest part: everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home right away. Many thanks to all the lovely, professional people working there. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, each with a garden, a pool, and plenty of places to sit outdoors. The grounds are green, and Turtle Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, brought to the room at the time we chose, and could be adjusted to our taste. The hotel also provided one full-body massage session, which was very well done. This hotel is outstanding and well worth recommending.

We booked one week and ended up extending by another 5 nights. The pools and rooms were very clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We could borrow bikes and snorkling equipment during our stay, and breakfast was amazing with lots of options. It's a quiet place, about five minutes' walk from the beach. No complaints at all!

It’s a short walk from the "strip", and we were glad to be away from the noise. The small team gives the place a personal feel. I think there are only 3 villas, so they learn your name straight away and do everything they can to make your stay special. We stayed 6 nights at White Key Villas and already miss it. It’s one of the pricier places on Gili T, but I can guarantee it’s worth spending the few extra quid. Breakfast came to the villa each morning, housekeeping was fantastic, and bikes and snorkels were free to use. Just watch the minibar, it costs extra, which we only realised at checkout. Thanks for such a great stay, we hope to return one day!
