The main drawback is having no elevator. The hotel has three floors, so getting to a third-floor room with luggage could be hard for older guests. Otherwise, the staff are nice, breakfast is okay, the room was clean, and the hot shower worked. No real complaints beyond the stairs.

We arrived very late after being at the hospital, and this was the first of three hotels willing to help us. They were friendly and gave us rooms even at that hour. The staff were really nice and helpful, and spoke English. I can't comment on breakfast. Our standard room cost 275.000 Rupiah and was very clean, with soap, a toothbrush, and towels. The Wi-Fi was strong. More than I expected.
