The lobby has a stylish look, and my small room was clean with hot water. The WiFi reached 190 Mbit/s. I was also able to check in around 12pm instead of the usual 2pm. A nice, modern hotel.

We ended up leaving the next morning, even though we had booked two nights. Our room was on the 5th floor, where the bar is, and guests kept singing until 3 AM. We arrived late hoping to sleep peacefully, but couldn't rest at all. The room itself looked nice, though it had a lingering smoke smell, and better soundproofing would have helped.

Mas Yusri gave really good service and hospitality. He could arrange check-in in the early morning or at midnight for urgent situations. Room service was absolutely nice, and Mas Yurni got me a free room upgrade too.

4/10
The coffee and tea, LED TV, air conditioning, and bed were okay. The room was still far too narrow and felt stuffy, with nowhere to put a suitcase in the bedroom. The toilet was especially cramped, suitable only for skinny people, and the elevator was out of order. The location is the only strategic thing, with a new, unique cafe on the upper beach.
