Free parking is a plus, including the basement spaces for residents with an access card. The apartment also has a great pool. It’s centrally located in Jakarta, so getting around is easy. A great place to stay in the city.

The location inside Rasuna Epicentrum makes getting around easy, right in Jakarta’s central golden triangle. It’s a huge complex with both offices and homes. The apartment is reasonably well maintained, and there’s security around the clock.

I’ve lived here for two years and I’m happy to say I love it. The pool has a beautiful view, the location is great, and the building’s security and management staff are helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. The building feels very old, and its services are poor. I found the Indonesian agents especially unreliable when it came to taking action or returning the deposit. This was my first visit to Indonesia, and the experience put me off coming back. I prefer visiting or holidaying in Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, or South Korea. I also don’t trust Indonesian people to provide service or refund deposits the way Japanese, Singaporean, or South Korean people do.
