They asked for a 100,000 deposit to be returned when leaving, and the minibar items in the fridge weren't free, so I ended up paying more. I also lost my visa card at reception, but they said the camera system wasn't working so they couldn't check.

I only needed a bed and a shower after work, and for the price it did the job. I stayed one night because it was closest to my workplace. The staff were nice, especially the woman at reception. The room wasn't bad, though it could use a refurbishment. Breakfast was included and brought to the room, just simple fried rice and coffee. The rice was surprisingly good.

We spent days booking this place because it was listed as pet friendly on Agoda. After flying in from another city, exhausted, sick, short on sleep, and carrying 7 bags weighing over 20 kg each, we were told at the front desk that pets weren't allowed. Now we're stranded in the middle of Jakarta with two pets and all that luggage, nowhere to go. The receptionist didn't care, and the service was horrible. Don't book here. They lie in their ads and don't care if that leaves you homeless.

A decent budget hotel in hayam wuruk, close to lots of places. It's clean, and the friendly staff help you get what you need. They even provide 2 toothbrushes, while most budget hotels give you just 1.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, and you could hear rats everywhere. Disgusting. The hotel is in what I think is a slum area of Jakarta, and I suspect people come here for prostitution. Very bad hotel.
