There's a swimming pool, not too big, with clean water, plus a minimarket and laundry. The view is nice, but there aren't other facilities. The access area is a bit shabby and public transportation causes traffic jams.

It’s set away from city traffic and noise, which makes it a nice place to stay. There’s a pool, a shop, laundry and courier services, a coffee café, a hairdresser, and a small bar by the pool.

I usually stay here for two days each week. It’s a cozy spot with a sea view, and there are several restaurants on the ground floor. Apartment residents can also use the laundry service, minimarket, ATM, and swimming pool.

The apartment is clean, quiet, and nice. Parking is the problem: come back after 7 p.m. and it’s already really hard to find a space. After 9 p.m., good luck getting one.

The power tends to go out without warning here. It interrupts whatever you’re doing, especially if you need Wi-Fi for work.
