Bold Hotel Jakarta

I first stayed here in 2018, and came back for a second visit in 2022. I was surprised the hotel had kept up its quality, service, and cleanliness. The hot water and water pressure in my room were weaker than I’d like, but I slept really well and the hospitality was warm and great. The room is small, though the friendly receptionists and OB make up for that. There’s a warung makan and Circle K next door, plus Alfamart, Indomaret, and Family Mart nearby. Mangga Besar Station is easy to reach. If I had work near there again, I’d absolutely stay here.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the service was good. They let me check in early, too. It’s small and not soundproof, so outside noises come through clearly. I was on the sixth floor and could hear what seemed like a water machine. Please check and fix it so it doesn’t bother guests again. Maybe I’ll book a room at bold hotel next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place felt hygienic and comfortable. I liked the interior design and even the blue liquid in the toilet. Though I booked a windowless room, it never felt claustrophobic. It has that new hotel smell, too. Since it’s within walking distance of the train station, I think this will be my first choice around Mangga Besar.

I only stayed one night, but it was really nice and much more comfortable than I expected. Everything was clean, from the room and bed to the bathroom. The room wasn’t spacious, but it was enough. Service was excellent from the front office through to the security and parking staff. Definitely recommend it.
