The location and room were good, and I’d like to stay again on a future business trip. But the poor handling of a couple of problems makes me unsure I’ll return. I found the body wash empty before an early flight, after housekeeping cleaned the room the day before without refilling it, and had to wait 20 minutes. At check-in, the front desk asked for a deposit and I paid 300 k. When I checked out, I’d lost the receipt. They acknowledged having a record of the deposit but still insisted on the receipt and refused to return my money. I felt scammed, and they didn’t even try to find a solution. There have been other instances where staff were nice but didn’t resolve customer issues, just followed the rules without considering a resolution. I hope management looks into it. For the record, my room was 1015, I checked out this morning at 630 amz, and I returned the balcony key to the front desk.

We picked this hotel because it’s fairly close to home, and the stay was nice. They even put up birthday decorations for free. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool with a great view, spacious playground, and mini theatre. We’ll come back again someday soon.
