Sri was especially wonderful. She went out of her way to fix my broken shoes, prepare food, and help tidy the room, then stayed with us while we waited to leave. The little complimentary souvenir was a thoughtful touch too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and genuinely caring. The villa was even prettier than the photos, with striking bamboo architecture and lots of lush greenery around it. It felt like a quiet, private jungle retreat. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed to cook easily. Of all the hotels on our trip, this had the most comfortable bed. The AC kept the room cool, and there was no unpleasant humid smell, so we slept like babies. A wonderful stay and memory. I’d love to come back!

Even with our late 11 PM arrival, the staff waited for us, made check-in easy, and thoughtfully asked whether we’d eaten before arranging snacks. The service was impeccable, they replied right away, and we really felt looked after. We spent our last two nights in Bali at Mahajiva. It was quiet, warm, and incredibly peaceful, just right for slowing down and ending the trip calmly. 🤍

What stood out most was how helpful and friendly the staff were. Of all the places we stayed, this one gave us the most personal service. We came for two nights twice, and appreciated them more each day. We’ll be back soon! The cabins are beautiful and face the river, so you hear running water and nature in the background. Each has a private pool and kitchen with utensils, and the bedrooms have AC. It’s a great place to begin or end a Bali holiday because it’s relatively close to the airport. The drive took about 1h10, which is normal with Bali traffic.

My wife and I made some wonderful memories here. The place is quiet and private, with nature all around, and it was comfortable too. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re looking for peace.

The villa architecture, morning river sounds, and staff who look after you like a baby are just a few things that make this place so freaking awesome. Must visit. I’ll come back and stay longer.
