There was no hot water in the shower, and the front desk staff were reluctant to provide bottled water. I stayed one night, at a reduced price, and won’t go back. I don’t recommend it.

It’s a fairly spacious room for an affordable stay, and the interior is nicely done. Some of the wooden furniture looks old and not very well maintained. Public transport, including the city train, is very close, which is handy since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. You can easily take the train elsewhere. Breakfast doesn’t have many choices, but it’s okay. The staff are friendly and the service was good.

This is an old hotel that’s been renovated, but my room was tiny and untidy, with cobwebs in the corners. They didn’t clean it at all, even though I turned on the sign. At RP 375,000 for a night, it costs far more than the place is worth. The staff don’t speak or understand English.
