Cove Nawaprita

The large parking area and convenient location were the only reasons I gave this place two stars. My check-in was delayed because the receptionist seemed unprofessional, inattentive, and unfamiliar with the process. There didn't seem to be a standard way to check guests in. The room walls were damaged, and the sheets and blanket were dirty when I arrived, as if they hadn't been changed after the previous tenant. I was staying for three nights and asked for clean bedding, but housekeeping didn't come until day two. I followed up with management on WhatsApp. They said housekeeping had been told and asked me to wait, but nothing was resolved by the end of my stay. They didn't seem to understand basic hospitality or care about the guest experience. I regret choosing this property 😅 and would tell people not to come here. Otherwise, I'd have rated it one star.

The location worked really well for us, with lots of nearby food options, and the pool was pleasant and uncrowded. I booked a spacious, decent 2BR unit for a quick staycation with my two kids. The internet was good enough for Netflix and Nintendo Switch, and the staff were helpful. We didn't run into the rude or money-focused staff mentioned in other reviews. The house rules seemed like ordinary common sense to us. I booked through Traveloka thinking this was a hotel, but it's more like a low-rise apartment available by the day or month. There is no room service or 24-hour front desk, so bear that in mind. The room was clean enough, though not exceptional, and the bathroom could look and smell better. There were two bathrooms but only one soap/shampoo, trash can, and doormat in the unit. The kitchen had a fridge but no spoon, plate, stove, or microwave for heating food. It'd be handy to have a simple menu or a minimarket for things like tissues, soap, paper plates, soft drinks, or bread, so you don't have to leave the property. A proper lobby would help too. When I checked out, there were bags of dirty laundry in the lobby, probably from monthly renters. I can see a lot of potential here for families who want a quick getaway where the kids can swim. Honestly, it's a very good property, and a few small improvements would make it even better.

My husband really appreciates the ample parking for our car, and we've both enjoyed living here for seven months. Cove Nawaprita is in a strategic location, with a clean, comfortable feel and a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially pak Bambang, Mas Rizki and Gilang. When something needs fixing, they usually handle it fairly quickly. I hope Cove keeps maintaining the building. Maybe management could also ask tenants for feedback with a survey to see how Nawaprita could improve. We really enjoy our stay here. Keep up the good work.

The guards and customer service staff are friendly and helpful, and the place feels like home. It's a new building, and so far I like it. The rooms are fairly spacious, more like a slightly larger studio apartment than a boarding house, with a nice design. The hallways are clean, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, parking is adequate, and the pool is quite large. Facilities are decent. It'd be nice if they added a gym, and some plants or trees could make the grounds look better. I'd rate it 4.6/5.
