Cozy and Minimalist 2BR at Marbella Kemang Apartment

The apartment has a decent view, affordable secure parking, and good security staff. There’s a nice coffee shop and convenience store in the lobby, and the swimming pool is a pleasant feature that's well maintained. The price is good too, but most of the other facilities are in poor shape. The gym is falling apart, with half the equipment damaged or broken and no working air conditioning. The Jacuzzi/Sauna/Steam room has been broken for years. They recently started repairs, then stopped after several days of work, and nothing has resumed for at least a month. When you raise these issues, staff just lie or make excuses about fixing them, which is frustrating. The building is also very noisy during prayer time, and rats have infested it. I wouldn't recommend this apartment.
