The rooms are huge and clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff were quick to respond, especially Ka Rivaldi. Highly recommend, thank you!

The location is really convenient, and it's quiet since it's away from the main road. I found it very comfortable for resting. When I stayed here a while ago, the staff were all friendly, the room was clean, and so were the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the mie kocok (shaken noodles). It was a very satisfying stay. Wishing the place continued success. I had a great experience.

Breakfast was a real disappointment. The dishes that should have been hot were cold, and both the bain marie and the electric stove were switched off. I had to ask staff to heat the food. There were no serving tongs by the krupuk, which could cause cross-contamination when people took some. I reported these issues to the front desk but got no follow-up. This doesn't comply with food safety procedures or HACCP. The fruit was all mixed together on one plate. What about guests with allergies?

For a budget hotel, it's nice and clean, and the location is strategic. The room was small but comfortable, with good AC and hot water. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but fine. There was some hallway noise, but it was still a good stay for a business trip.
