Fieris Hotel Rawamangun

Clean, comfortable, well looked after, and felt very safe. Good for people of any age. Mr DAFFA.

The security team was easily the best part of my stay. They were always attentive, polite, and kind, and had a smile or a helpful word whenever I saw them. Room service was disappointing over the two weeks I stayed. They made the bed, but that was about it. I asked for clean sheets after a week and still had the same stained ones. Toilet paper was seldom replaced, and fresh towels and bottled water rarely appeared. Dead bugs stayed on the floor day after day, and my trash was never taken out. Honestly, I could have cleaned the room better myself.

I stayed at Fieris Hotel for six days with my team, and the hospitality and service from the management were excellent. I especially want to thank Mr. Randy from Security, who went out in the rain to find my friend's phone after it was accidentally left in a Grab car, then made sure it got back safely. That was real dedication and professionalism. Aishah and Hilya from the Front Office and F&B teams were also friendly and professional throughout our stay. I hope Fieris Hotel keeps its standards up and continues to grow with dedicated staff like these.

Breakfast was a nice part of the stay, especially thanks to Dodi at the restaurant, who was so friendly. I'd definitely come back.
