Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada by IHG

The room was really comfortable, and thank you to the friendly staff. We arrived at 1 pm but couldn't check in since check-in starts at 3 pm. Praise the Lord, we were able to check out late. The breakfast tasted good. There wasn't a huge range of main courses, but the Indonesian and Western food went well together. The staff were lovely, especially Andrian, if I'm remembering the name right. We'll definitely come back. Thank you 🙏

I didn't get around to trying breakfast because I spent most of my time checking out food spots near the hotel, so that's something for my next visit. The facilities were complete and well maintained, and everyone was helpful and friendly, from the security team to the receptionists and bellboys. Check-in was quick and easy. I had just joined IHG One Rewards, and was surprised to find my room had been upgraded to the highest room type without me asking. That was a thoughtful gesture. Thanks for the hospitality at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada. I'll definitely return.

The anniversary decorations in Room 1821 were a lovely surprise. Cahya and Ranti made the room feel extra special, and our baby was given pancakes and sweets too, such a thoughtful gesture. Meva at reception was warm and friendly, as were all the staff. Even the hallway smelled lovely and made the hotel feel relaxing. We had a great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had so much variety that we ate until we were full. Everything tasted good. We'd highly recommend it and would love to come back. 🩷🩷🩷

The hotel made my Jakarta trip better, 10/10. The room and facilities felt new, spacious, clean, and fresh smelling. I felt safe thanks to the security, and the city view was great. Staff spoke English well and were friendly, energetic, and always smiling. Breakfast was clean and tasty, with lots of traditional Indonesian dishes, though it was quite expensive. We hadn't booked breakfast with the room, so we paid about IDR 370k for two people. The pool was nice and convenient, and Citywalk is a small mall nearby. There's also Jl. Kemurnian IV close by, with plenty of good food and cheap laundry services. A couple of small things could be improved: a liner bag in the room's trash bin would help with cleanliness, and the sink drain button didn't seem to work very well.
