Homey and Spacious 3Br Kondominium Juanda Apartment

The units are spacious and the location is strategic, with easy transport access in every direction. A lot has changed, and it’s cool.

This apartment is in a very strategic location, but the old building hasn’t been looked after properly. The park’s trees and plants are neglected, which is a shame. I also happened to see people watching TV and drinking coffee in the driver waiting room, and it was extremely shabby. Renovating that space would add value to the apartment. Thank you, and best wishes with the renovations.

Novian really is extremely impolite, as other Google reviews have already said. Please address the attitude of the security guard with that name, before it rubs off on the other guards too.

The prices are at an elite level, but getting service is difficult. Please review the work SOP. Don’t charge so much and then offer rooms that feel like roadside boarding houses. Millennium management, please don’t underestimate guests. Guests are king!
