RedLiving Apartemen Jakarta Living Star - BoboRooms

I'm a regular customer, but the way room extensions are handled is really frustrating. I've often wanted to extend and been told it's fully booked, even at 9, 10, or 11 in the morning, while I'm still working and haven't checked out. Then I'm told to leave because I can't extend, supposedly because the rooms are full, even though those guests are still there. I work in a hotel too, and usually they wait until a guest checks out before reselling the room. Why are rooms being sold before anyone has checked out? Management really needs to sort this out. 🙃

My room had been sold without my agreement. I arrived to check in at 10:00 PM on August 10, 2025, but couldn't get into the hotel because the property owner had no record of my Agoda booking ID. Maybe it was a system issue or someone's mistake, but the result was the same.

I've stayed here plenty of times, but on this visit the room was really hot even with the AC set to full cool fan. I won't stay on the 8th floor again.

The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, with nice furniture and complete facilities at an affordable price. Boborooms admin staff and the apartment security guard were both warm and welcoming. The complex has a swimming pool and gym, plus a Richeese factory. One suggestion for room 21.01: adding a water heater would make its facilities more complete. Thank you.
