I booked and paid in full for seven nights through Travelio, but on arrival I couldn't reach anyone for an hour. Then they told me they'd lost my booking and had no room available. Awful service, and nobody even apologized. The phone number listed on booking.com doesn't exist, and they don't respond to messages. Never book this apartment.
Getting food delivered is a real struggle here, and the motorbike parking is absurd: it's a five-minute walk, two floors down from the apartment lobby. With a car, though, it's heaven and no problem. Who designed this place? They must have had 1990s Jakarta in mind 🙄
For downtown Jakarta, this residential apartment offers good value, with good facilities and safety.
The apartment is very good and clean, and the staff are good too.
