A jogging track, swimming pool, and park are part of the facilities here. The residence feels prestigious and sits in the heart of West Jakarta, with Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall close by. Its location is very strategic.

I have a toddler, so the noise from neighbours after 10 pm is a real issue. The apartment needs better soundproofing, or stricter rules about late night noise.

There's plenty of parking, though finding your way around it takes a bit of skill. The building and units are newly built, which helps keep the apartment hygienic, and it's still peaceful with only a few people living here. Security and reception are friendly enough. You're right by the Central Park entertainment and business area, so the location is great, though living here comes with a hefty price tag.

A quiet, pleasant spot near Central Park and Mediterania Garden Apartment.

Thankfully, my room was clean. The hallway and mail area weren't very clean, though.
