The staff were helpful and kindly moved me when my first room smelled musty. In the replacement, though, the sheets and blanket made me itchy, so I had to sleep in long pants. The bed was two twin beds pushed together, and the in-room safe didn't work. Cleanliness and facilities need serious improvement.

The bed area was clean and pretty nice, and the staff were friendly. The toilet felt outdated, though. The shower needs cleaning or replacing because the water flow is weak. Hot water does come through, but it takes a while.

Check-in and checkout were quick, and the staff were good and pretty fast. The food was okay. The room was standard for a hotel at an affordable price, but the sheets should be changed so they feel cleaner. The location is fairly strategic, though I wouldn't recommend walking around the area alone since there aren't streetlights.

Warung Big Buddy has lovely decor and really good food, and the staff there were polite and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. They provide a toothbrush and two bottles of water each day. It's also close to three big malls. I'd recommend staying here.

The food was delicious, while the service was just normal. The hotel wasn't easy to find and is near the river. It would be great if there were a gate on the gas station side. As it is, walking back to the hotel can feel a bit dangerous for a woman traveling alone.
