Management service is bad. They make everything complicated instead of helping owners or renters, and require a lot of documents to get things done. The male officer should learn more about good customer service before working as a customer relations officer. The woman is nicer and more helpful.

Management service keeps getting worse over time. Permits take far too long to process, while the number of residents is growing and the staff are very limited. Everything is still handled manually, with no app available. At this point, I'd rate the service very poorly.
