Modern and Comfy 2BR Green Pramuka Apartment

I feel like management needs a complete overhaul. They seem focused only on what’s convenient for themselves and aren’t keeping up with how quickly things and technology are changing. Please don’t buy property here. The building is poorly made, and the furniture they provide is old and cheap. It seems to last only through the 90-day guarantee. After that, you’re looking at renovations in multiple places, and they cost a lot. If you’re investing in property, your money may be better placed elsewhere. Paying for a certain level of quality up front is better than having to renovate continuously.

I’m only giving the stars for the convenient location and the recently opened Green Pramuka Square. The building is badly constructed, the security staff aren’t very friendly, and the water smells kind of bad. It doesn’t feel green at all, and the signal is awful. Unless you use one of the internet cables they provide, forget about getting online. I stayed here temporarily for work and won’t extend. Somehow, I also felt a bit discriminated against.

There’s a mall in the complex, which makes this a fairly self-contained place, and the location is strategic between the Capitol’s center and eastern part. The parking is the usual tricky Jakarta situation. Other facilities are okay.
