The breakfast buffet was a real surprise, with tasty, wonderful main dishes. Water dispensers on every floor were also a big plus for me. It's a practical location in the heart of Jakarta's CBD, with seven floors, two lifts, and basement parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, including Mas Kiky at check-in and Yenni Ika from housekeeping. The hot water in the room barely came out, though, and parking was quite limited.

Breakfast could be better, but it's easy to order food through ride share services. This was my second stay with Neo. The first time, I got a room right in front of the elevator that felt much too large for me alone. This time I was in a corner room, which was much more pleasant and cleaner, thanks to Yessika. She even left a cute note. A good option if you're traveling around the area.

Kak Fadiya at reception and Kak Yuli, who cleaned my room, were especially friendly and helpful. I stayed at Hotel Neo Tendean for five nights. The room was clean and fairly spacious for one person, and breakfast was pretty good. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The service here really stood out. Everyone was kind and helpful, and Dafha did an especially good job cleaning our room. He made it feel like a completely unused space.

The housekeeping team was great. Risma and the others paid close attention to detail while cleaning my room each morning. The hotel was comfortable and clean for a great price. I'd tried several nearby places before, and they were always unclean with substandard room service.
