I booked through the app, but when I arrived they said the place was full. The staff arranged a refund, but I only got around 20 thousand back. What's going on with Oyo? This is really bad.

The hotel was awful. I booked through the app and paid via TF, but then had to contact OYO because the property apparently no longer works with them. I was told to confirm it with OYO's call center. Nobody should come here.
