The views were breathtaking from the room, the restaurant, Club Suites, and even the toilet, haha. I also appreciated the in-room phone and WhatsApp service, and the room had quality appliances, including a Dyson hair dryer. It was sparkling clean and smelled nice. I stayed in the Junior Suite and came in with high expectations. The service lived up to them, with professional staff managing things from the housekeeping team through to the managers. Bella, Dwi and Jerry deserve a shoutout for their exceptional service. There were others I wish I could thank by name, but I didn't catch their names. Thanks, Pan Pacific Jakarta. I'll see you again!

Breakfast was a real highlight of my 4-night stay. There was a great range of delicious food, all fresh and well prepared, and I looked forward to it each morning. Larasati, Michael, Azrael and the whole breakfast service team were especially lovely. They went above and beyond, and their friendly manner added a personal touch. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and well maintained, a relaxing place to stay while in the city. From check-in right through to departure, everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. The front desk, housekeeping, and room service all took great care of me. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta. The food was great, the service from the staff was outstanding, and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Breakfast at Keyaki was excellent, and Irfan, who served us, was warm and quick to respond. He made the experience more memorable. The atmosphere was great, and the crew were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely return.

The Pan Pacific Club made our visit especially worthwhile. I'd recommend upgrading for its lounge, personalized service, exclusive access, and all-day dining, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. It really lifted the whole stay. My husband and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary here, and it was our first time at Pan Pacific Jakarta. We had a remarkable, memorable stay. Acyntia, Jessen, Irvan, Indah, Nathalina, and Eldria did their best to make it special, from the emails before arrival to all the details during our visit.
