Getting our cash bail back was the worst part. We had to wait, and when we asked why, staff said they had run out of cash and needed the owner to transfer the money. We were simply told to wait, with no guarantee. That was really frustrating and disappointing. The room looked fairly tidy, but the AC wasn't cool enough. I wouldn't use the blanket, since it made my skin itchy. Hot water was only lukewarm, and the soap and shampoo weren't available, so bring your own. There were small roaches popping up in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was there but unstable. Some rooms had no TV remote because theirs were broken, and staff didn't seem to bother fixing them.

People may see this Reddorz as more like kos-kosan than a hotel. The room was very dirty, the toilet stank, and many facilities were broken. The price felt high for that quality, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Parking is the main drawback. There’s room for only two cars at a time, and space is very limited. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the room and service were good overall. I liked staying here.

I was so disappointed with how dirty this hotel was. Why did red doorz approve a place this poor for its chain? Did anyone inspect the quality? I checked out just five minutes after checking in.

The room was decent and had enough space, and the service was average. Despite the name, Cipinang Indah Mall isn't that near, it’s 3 km away and two traffic lights down the road.
